The difference between Democratic and Republican reign

This week, I go to a Republican chat room and a Liberal chat room. Notice how the republicans behave themselves when they are not in control. That's where they belong: out of control. When they are in control, they become Klingons.

You are a brave man to subject yourself to racist insults in Republican chat rooms. I have had disagreements with my brother-in-law about racism. Some times I think he is being too politically correct. When I have said to him that black people in the U.S. are disadvantaged, that poverty is a big issue with African-Americans, he thinks that's racist. He thinks it's stereotyping black people. I tell him it's not racism, it's the opposite of racism. It's me recognizing the historical oppression of black men and women in the United States. Well-meaning people like my brother-in-law sometimes hurt the cause they claim to care about. They think that recognizing racism is promoting racism.
But what I heard Republicans say to you in their chat room is real racism. The n-word has no place in civilized society. The ugly words that I heard these Republicans throw at you, about fried chicken and big lips, are real racism. All these right-wingers saying Obama is Muslim is real racism. It's racism because it's not true and it's racism because there's nothing wrong with being Muslim, unless you're a racist.
Thank you for talking to these extremists and racists so I don't have to. Thank you for showing what real racism is and for showing who is promoting it, Republicans!

Thanks, Eric. The odd thing is, it doesn't take courage to weather their words. Since I go there to expose them, the more callous they are, the more I grin. Sometimes it does work against me. Last week, I wanted to talk about a particular topic, but all they did was call me a dumb negro. Then they accused me of playing the race card when I challenged their statistics about blacks. I've done that show already, a couple of times. I had to waste that conversation because I wanted it to be about presidential politics.

Believe me, I wish I could have caught them at their worse. Right after Katrina, the GOP was IN HATE with blacks. We had embarrassed them.
